About the Role:- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Scientist to join our growing data science team.- You will play a critical role in extracting insights from complex datasets, developing and deploying machine learning models, and driving data-driven decision making across the organization.- You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, engineers, and other data scientists to solve challenging problems and unlock the power of our data.Responsibilities :- Partner with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable data science projects. - Acquire, clean, and prepare large datasets from various sources (databases, APIs, etc. ).- Explore and analyze data using statistical methods and data visualization techniques.- Develop and implement machine learning models for tasks such as classification, regression, forecasting, and anomaly detection.- Evaluate and validate the performance of machine learning models.- Interpret model results and communicate insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.- Develop and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines for efficient data processing.- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in data science and machine learning.- Collaborate with engineers to operationalize machine learning models into production systems. -Document data science projects and methodologies for future reference.- Participate in research and development activities to improve the effectiveness of data science practices.Qualifications :- 8+ years of experience in data science or a related field.- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques (e. g. , supervised learning, unsupervised learning, deep learning).- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (including libraries like NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).- Experience with data wrangling, data cleaning, and data visualization tools.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in data science. - Experience with cloud platforms (e. g. , AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.- Experience with big data technologies (e. g. , Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.- A master's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
