About the Role :We are seeking a talented React.js developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and maintaining our web application user interfaces using cutting-edge frontend technologies. You will collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate their vision into a seamless and performant user experience.Responsibilities :Design and Development:- Design and develop user interfaces using React.js, Redux, HTML, and CSS.- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to best practices.- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.Collaboration :- Collaborate effectively with product managers and designers to understand user requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance as needed.Problem-Solving and Innovation :- Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise within the frontend codebase.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in frontend development.Technical Skills :- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in frontend development.- Be proficient in React.js and Redux, with a strong understanding of their core concepts and functionalities.- Have a solid grasp of HTML and CSS, including best practices for responsive design.- Be familiar with frontend build tools like Webpack and Babel.- Understand RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling techniques.- Possess a strong understanding of Git version control for code management.- Have experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.Desired Skills and Experience :- While not required, experience with additional frontend libraries and frameworks (e.g., Material-UI, Ant Design) is a plus.- Experience with server-side rendering or static site generation with React (e.g., Next.js, Gatsby) is a plus.- Familiarity with accessibility best practices is a plus.
