We believe in providing equal opportunities for all talented individuals, and we're excited to invite skilled female professionals to join our team.Responsibilities :- Analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.- Collaborate with business units to understand their data needs and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives.- Conduct thorough data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability of analytical outputs.- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting the insurance sector to inform data analysis efforts.Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the insurance industry.- Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.- Familiarity with insurance-specific concepts such as claims processing, underwriting, and risk assessment.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications:- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field.- Experience with predictive modeling techniques and machine learning algorithms.- Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and compliance requirements.- Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., SQL, Tableau).- Domain knowledge in Insurance industry is an advantage.
