Duties / Responsibilities :- Attend all agile ceremonies.- Analyze functional and technical requirement specifications.- Create, document, and maintain test plans and authoring test scripts based on the Jira stories and Acceptance Criteria for multi-browser web front-end and API testing.- Identify, analyze, and report software defects and issues, working closely with developers to facilitate their resolution.- Communicate and coordinate test results with impacted teams and track statistical information.- Administer the processes and procedures associated with creating test plans and scripts and transforming to instructional steps for Automation Engineer to include into auto regression testing.- Attend and actively engage in weekly QA status meetings.- Contribute to the development and maintenance of test data and test environments for various testing scenarios.We Are Looking For Demonstrated Experience In The Following :- 3+ years' SaaS experience with manual/front-end/back-end/API testing and analyzing through tools like Selenium, test case management, browser tools, SQL, SoapUI, Postman, Performance tools or any test automation software.- Extensive experience in exploratory testing- Extensive experience in Integration testing- Outstanding written/organizational skills.Knowledge Or Experience Required :- Strong knowledge of SaaS web application architecture and extensive experience in testing web applications- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment.- Hands on experience in any Performance testing tool.- Must Have strong knowledge & experience in Database and API Testing- Strong knowledge in writing SQL queries.- Knowledge of data processing systems and technologies.- Experience with software testing and quality assurance methodologies.
