Hiring & URGENT position for #Salesforce Administrator.- This is for Full-Time role and Work From Home Opportunity in INDIA !!. Job Description : - 6+ years of experience in the field of software engineering and development as a Salesforce Admin.- Experience on tools like Ant Migration, Data Loader, Force.com IDE, Excel Connector, Copado.- Experience in handling into Production Systems.- Should work on Production Deployment Force.com Admin certification.- Looking for candidates you can join immediately or 30 Days of notice period- Execute Thermal Salesforce development roadmap- Implement continuous improvements and adaptations in Salesforce aligning with the sales and business needs- Collaborate with a team of established Salesforce professionals to drive projects and enhancements- Maintain detailed knowledge of business current technology and infrastructure from a functional perspective- Provide first level of support for Thermal user functional issues.- Be able to hands-on build base configurations across a multitude of Salesforce modules including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and e-Commerce- Provide reporting assistance, dashboards building- Maintaining data quality by conducting data integrity audits, reviewing reports, and working with data owners to fix issues- Salesforce Major Release (Readiness) Review / Regression Testing- Answer best practices, process and How To Questions, lead Salesforce trainings- Collect Thermal user feedback and ideas for consideration, liaison with Technology- Represent the Thermal business in new functionality demo sessions and testing cycles- Attend Salesforce LIVE webinars, community events and assist in end-user training sessions as new features and functions are deployed- Participate in driving functional requirements / user stories- Hands-on assist in supporting user adoption and solving technical support issues (ref:hirist.tech)
