Job Responsibilities: System Administrators are responsible for managing, troubleshooting, and proactively updating hardware and software assets to prevent downtime from occurring. A good System Administrator must have excellent communication skills and a complete understanding of servers as they work directly with employees across an organization to understand their needs and ensure all employees can work as efficiently as possible. They also need a solid technical understanding of information systems to address issues that arise across the organization. Please see the job description below. Manage and troubleshoot VMware / Servers Install and configure software and hardware Set up accounts and workstations for our staff in India and remotely for our US staff Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements Troubleshoot issues and outages by taking remote access Should maintain good communication with our vendors, technicians, and engineers in the US to get the issues resolved promptly Understand compliance-related issues within the organization Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls Upgrade systems with new releases, models, and office infrastructure Resolves retrieval problems by taking remote access and troubleshooting issues within a given time frame. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Maintains historical records by documenting system changes and revisions. Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. (Adhering to HIPAA) Maintains database by entering data and device tags for all our offices based in the US and India. IT Specialist Skills and Qualifications: Server experience is a MUST Excellent Communication & Written Skills Data processing Networking knowledge Reporting skills Client relationships Documentation skills Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or engineering Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in IT administration Experience working with the following environments: Mac OS, Windows 11, 10 & Windows Server 2019, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Office 365, Network Storage, Experience setting up and troubleshooting various technical equipment such as laptops, video conferencing systems, mobiles, tablets, cameras, etc. • Cab Drop Available.• Fixed Night Shift 5:30 pm to 4:30 am• Working Days: 4 days (Monday thru Thursday)• Week Off: 3 days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)• Contact# 844774XXXX E-mail:-XXXX@hupcfl.com Note: Available to take calls between 5:30 PM to 4:30 AM only from Monday to Thursday.
